Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Dekrah service, an audio guestbook platform accessible at dekrah.cloud. By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Access to the service

The service is available to any adult with a valid account. Registration is free. Activating paid features requires payment of the chosen plan. Dekrah reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these Terms.

3. Pricing and payment

Three plans are available:

• Essential: €14 — Max 30 messages, 6-month storage

• Standard: €29 — 100 messages, audio download, 2-year storage

• Premium: €49 — Unlimited messages, lifetime storage, WhatsApp sharing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Any purchase may be refunded within 14 days of payment, provided no voice messages have been recorded.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate information upon registration

• Not use the service for illegal or unethical purposes

• Not record or distribute offensive, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content

• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials

5. Ownership of recordings

Voice messages recorded by guests belong to the couple (account holders). Dekrah claims no ownership of this content and undertakes not to use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

6. Service availability

Dekrah strives for maximum service availability (target: 99.5% monthly uptime). Occasional maintenance interruptions are possible and will be notified in advance where possible.

7. Termination

Users may close their account at any time from their dashboard. Termination results in permanent deletion of data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
