Feature

Wedding RSVP

Your guests confirm attendance right from the same page as the guestbook — no separate link to send.

How it works

One button, one page

On your event page, a "Confirm my attendance" button opens a quick response form.

Name and answer

The guest enters their name, answers yes or no, says how many people are coming, and can leave a short note — it takes seconds.

Live tracking

In the RSVP tab of your dashboard, track attending, declined, and total headcount in real time.

Why it's simpler

One link for everything

The same QR code covers the guestbook, photos, and RSVP.

No sign-up

Guests respond without creating an account, right from their phone.

Clear numbers

Attending, declined, total headcount — all visible at a glance in your dashboard.

Wedding RSVP: frequently asked questions

What does RSVP mean on a wedding invitation?

RSVP comes from the French "Répondez s'il vous plaît" — please reply. It is your guests telling you whether they will attend. With Dekrah, they reply online from their phone.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. They scan the QR code or open your link, enter their name, answer yes or no, and say how many people are coming. No app, no sign-up.

Is RSVP included in the free plan?

Yes. RSVP is included in every Dekrah plan, including Free.

Can I collect meal choices or manage seating?

Not at the moment. Dekrah RSVP covers attendance, party size and an optional message — not meal choices or seating.
