Creating an audio guestbook for your wedding is far simpler than it sounds. In under 10 minutes, you can have a QR code ready to print and a personalized page that matches your wedding colors. Here's our step-by-step guide.
Create your Dekrah account (free)
Go to dekrah.cloud and click 'Get started'. Account creation takes under a minute: email and password. No credit card required at this stage. Once logged in, you access your dashboard and create your first event by entering your names and wedding date.
Choose your plan
Three plans are available depending on your wedding size:
• Essential (€14) — Max 30 messages, 6-month storage. Ideal for intimate weddings.
• Standard (€29) — 100 messages, audio download, 2-year storage. Most popular.
• Premium (€49) — Unlimited messages, lifetime storage, WhatsApp sharing. For large receptions.
Customize your page
In the Style tab of your dashboard, you choose:
• Visual theme (6 moods: Champagne, Garden, Sky, Rose, Modern, Sand)
• Typography (4 fonts)
• Recording button color
• Cover photo (your couple photo, for example)
A real-time preview lets you see the result before confirming.
Download and share your QR code
Your QR code is available in high resolution (PNG or SVG) in the QR Code tab. Ideas for incorporating it into your décor: on table cards, at the venue entrance, on menus or place cards, or in digital invitations sent ahead of time.
Listen to messages after your wedding
The next day, log into your Dekrah dashboard. All messages are there, organized chronologically, with the guest's name and recording time. With Standard or Premium, you can download all recordings as a ZIP file.
Tips to maximize messages

- ✓Ask your DJ to make an announcement inviting guests to leave a message
