• Usage data: voice messages recorded by guests

• Technical data: IP address, browser, connection logs

Your data is processed to:

• Provide the audio guestbook service (legal basis: performance of contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR)

• Improve our service (legal basis: legitimate interest)

• Send transactional communications (legal basis: performance of contract)

4. Retention periods

Account data: duration of subscription + 3 years

Voice messages: according to your plan (6 months, 2 years, or lifetime)

Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

• Supabase (data storage, hosted in Europe)

• Vercel (hosting, USA — adequate safeguards via SCCs)

• Stripe (payments)

We only use technical cookies necessary for the service to function (session management). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
